Stacey Solomon has signed Katie Price up to a dating app – but she finds it ‘uncomfortable’

Stacey Solomon has admitted that she has set Katie Price up on a dating app – but her co-host has admitted she isn’t quite so sure about the world of swiping.

Katie revealed she was dabbling with dating apps last September after the breakdown of her marriage to third husband Kieran Hayler.

But speaking on Loose Women on Wednesday Stacey confessed to setting Katie up – although the latter said that it hadn’t been plain sailing when it came to the world of online love.

Presenter Ruth Langsford asked how she had found using the app – a move which appeared to confirm her marriage is over – saying: ‘So Stacey got you on this dating app – how have you found it so far?’

Katie confessed: ‘I feel quite uncomfortable, I’m not used to it. I’d rather meet someone through friends,’ she said, refuting Stacey’s suggestion that it was an ‘organic’ process.

Stacey – who is dating Joe Swash – insisted that Katie is ‘too fussy’ and said her ‘net’s too small’ – but her co-host simply confessed she didn’t feel ready to move on to a new guy just yet.

‘I’m quite old fashioned me. I couldn’t just meet someone on there. I want to meet someone organically,’ she explained.
